Are you looking to improve your race time? Come join the herd for our Speed Training Program with local legend, coach Gary Anderson. This training program is designed with speed in mind and will help you improve your time at your next race!

This program is designed to get you ready to run the Firemen’s 5K at the end of May.

Speed Training Includes:
-6:00pm Tuesday & Thursday night workouts at TCU track led by coach Gary Anderson
-Optional group social runs on Monday nights & Saturday mornings, and boot camp on Wednesday nights
-Weekly schedules (running 5-6 days/week)
-Specialized post run workouts that improve your running performance for the Firemen’s 5k
-FREE FWRUNCO training shirt
